Pipeline end termination (PLET). If a spool is required between pipeline and structure, it is necessary to have control of the connection point between the pipeline end and the spool.

To use a preinstalled structure on the pipeline termination or the spool will give such a defined base. Apply Nemo has different standard design for such structures. The PLET is designed for resting on a rock dump or another form of firm foundation. The PLET can be equipped with a gooseneck to give required height and tilt of the hubs. Or it can be made with a swivel to make it easier to deploy from the wessel and adjust during installation. The PLET is independent of type of connector and connection system.
